Probiotics are are similar to beneficial microorganisms found naturally in the human gut. Almost all other cleansers use different herbal roots. Probiotics Complete is the only colon cleanser we are aware of, that employs the use of probiotics in the cleansing process.

The Probiotics Complete product, employs the use of several strains of probiotics. The most notable ones are Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus acidophilus. Recent clinical studies shows that these specific probiotics have had a beneficial effect on the colon, intestine and digestion process. For example Bifidobacterium lactis has shown to prevent antibiotic-associated disturbances of in the intestine. Lactobacillus paracasei has shown results for treatment of different Irritible bowel syndrome and other digestion problems, according to a study published at 2008.
